ROOFING REPLACEMENTS
Our most popular service is roof replacement. We will tear off your old roof and make sure you have a functional roof deck (inspecting for rot, water damage, etc). From there, we will use GAF installation products and techniques to ensure that you have a high quality roof that will last a lifetime. Roofing projects can usually be completed in 1-2 days depending on the size and specifications of the project. We will provide updates throughout the entire installation process, including texts and photos of every step of installation.
We can replace shingle, metal, and low slope roofs, and we can install a different roof type than you currently have if you’re ready for a change. We have a variety of colors to choose from to guarantee a beatiful finish that fits your home (and accommodates HOA restrictions).
Gutter services
In 2026, we bought our own gutter machine, which allows us to install K-style seamless gutters (5” or 6”) to fit your home. Our gutters are custom made on site, and we have a variety of colors available.
